Elle Jenkins founded Colletties in 2015, a local producer of handcrafted butter cookies now distributed through Twin Cities grocery retailers, including Kowalski’s and Hy-Vee.

Angie Hughes launched a freelance design boutique in 2008 with a computer and one client and now services over 30 happy clients out of her home studio.

Cindy Siewert is co-founder of Wood From the Hood a producer of reclaimed wood products sold in over 40 local retail stores and utilized in architectural projects that include clients like Caribou Coffee and Surly Brewing Company.

Rachel Kuenzli started a therapy clinic in 2014 with just herself and one employee. She bought the building, grew the business by marketing on her own, and now has seven employees and one tenant.
